The Company provides the TORTURE MUSEUM App which includes the following features: Ghost Hunting App and Audio Guide mobile applications (the “App”) to enhance visitors’ experience before, during, and after visiting our attractions. Permissions Used by the App
Depending on the features you choose to use, the App may request access to certain device permissions. These permissions are requested solely to provide the intended functionality of the App and are never used for purposes inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
Camera
The App may request access to your device’s camera to enable augmented reality experiences, ghost hunting interactions, scanning markers or QR codes, and capturing photos or videos as part of the user experience. Images and videos are processed only for providing requested functionality unless you explicitly choose to share them.
Microphone
The App may request access to your device’s microphone to enable interactive ghost hunting experiences, voice-based features, audio recording where applicable, or other functionality initiated by the user. Audio is not continuously recorded or stored unless explicitly required for the selected feature.
Photo Gallery
The App may request access to your device’s photo library to allow you to save images generated within the App, upload photos when requested by you, or share your experiences with others. The App does not access your gallery without your permission.
Audio Playback
The App uses your device’s audio capabilities to provide narration, sound effects, ambient audio, and other multimedia content. Audio playback may continue while the application is running or when permitted by your device settings.
Background Audio Services
The App may continue audio playback while the application is running in the background so that users may continue listening without interruption while using other applications or when the device screen is locked.
Vibration
The App may use your device’s vibration functionality to enhance immersive experiences, provide haptic feedback during interactions, and improve gameplay or attraction-related events.
Sharing Features
The App allow users to voluntarily share screenshots, photos, videos, or other content through supported sharing services available on their devices. Any content shared is initiated solely by the user.
Notifications
With your permission, the App may send push notifications related to attraction information, reminders, ticket updates, new experiences, application updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Internet Access
The App requires internet access to retrieve content, synchronize application data, verify tickets where applicable, deliver updates, enable online features, and communicate with our servers.
Firebase Analytics
The Apps use Google Firebase Analytics to better understand how users interact with the applications. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect information such as:
- Device model;
- Operating system version;
- App version;
- Language settings;
- General geographic region;
- Session duration;
- Features used;
- Crash reports;
- Performance information;
- Anonymous identifiers.
This information is collected in aggregated or pseudonymized form and is used solely to improve application performance, stability, user experience, and future development. Firebase Analytics does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information unless separately provided by the user through the Apps.

User Control
You may grant or revoke any application permission at any time through your device’s operating system settings. Please note that disabling certain permissions may limit or disable specific features of the App.
Children’s Privacy
The App are not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it in accordance with applicable law.
Updates to the App
We may periodically update the App to improve functionality, introduce new features, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. New features may request additional permissions only when necessary for their intended functionality. Any material changes to how personal information is processed will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

Additional museum locations may be added in future versions of the App. Any new locations will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
Certain permissions requested by the App, including access to the camera, microphone, photo library, notifications, vibration, internet connectivity, background audio services, and sharing functionality, are used solely to provide the requested functionality while you are actively using the App.
The Company does not permanently store, retain, or archive any photos, audio recordings, camera data, microphone input, or other media captured through these permissions unless you explicitly choose to share such content with us or upload it through a feature provided by the App. All permission-based data is processed only during your active use of the App and is discarded immediately after the requested functionality has been completed.
The App do not continuously monitor your device, record audio in the background, access your camera without your knowledge, or collect personal media stored on your device.
